Annelise Van Der Pol
Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland and is a famous American actress, singer, and film director. She is most famous as a theater actress as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol has an ethnic Dutch background and is an American singer/actor best known for frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. She has featured in 14 projects which includes TV series short and videos. Her major credit includes Shalom Sesame Divorce. She was a part of more than fifteen TV series. It's Raven and The Musical. Theater appearances were numerous. Anneliese van der Pol is a singer from the Netherlands and a dancer. Her early musical theatre career brought her to the role she is most well-known for, Chelsea Daniels in That's So Raven. This role was reprised on Raven's Home. Van der Pol's work involves singing as well as recording music in the name of The Walt Disney Company. She performed her Broadway debut and in 2009, performed Off Broadway. The other credits she has been given for acting are the vampire-spoof feature film Vampires Suck (2010), written by Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer. In 2003, van der Pol landed one of her first television appearances in the role of the dapper Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven, starring alongside Raven-Symone Orange Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels continues to be Van der Poli's most famous and well-known role in the eyes of children, teens and adults. Her critics were awed by her playing such an outgoing and perhaps sly character, which many initially believed impossible due to her past serious role. The actress had a role as a guest as Kim Possible as Heather. It was among her first voice-overs. Van der Pol, who voiced Ronnie in the 2011 Disney Channel Original Shake It Up series, is also singing. Music-wise, van der Pol worked together with Raven Symone and Orlando Brown to record the That's So Raven theme for the soundtrack for the Disney Channel Original series. Over It, which she also composed as part of Stuck as part of the Suburbs' soundtrack was another Disney Channel Original Movie. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop renditions of The Lion King's Circle of Life, and Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish You Create for the release of a special edition of both films, which also featured The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006 she recorded her own cover of the iconic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. In her role as Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's performed a number of songs featured in the production soundtrack. One of these songs is her classic A Change in Me.
